Going on two years now since I joined and that says a lot! This is the first workout plan I've stuck with this long and I'm still loving it!!....never boring, 45 minutes of pure motivation thanks to high energy instructors. It's a fat burning cardio, toning, sweaty workout that is really FUN! I highly recommend Knockout Fit!!
Love Knockout Fit! I started in October with a challenge and lost almost 25 lbs and 6% body fat over the next six months. And every time I wear a sleeveless dress to work someone makes a comment about how sculpted my arms are. I've done spinning, step, Pilates and weights classes and I feel like I get the benefits of all of those classes in one when I attend a Knockout Fit class.
I love Knockout Fit! Never before have I been motivated to workout 5 days/week nor did I look forward to it as much as I do now. Instructors are great and the classes are so much fun. Results were visible within just a few weeks of starting and keeps getting better!
I was scared out of my mind to take a knockout fit class. Ive had three knee surgeries, never done martial arts... I must be out of my mind! This was two months ago, fast forward to today and I absolutely love these classes!!!! :) I go three times a week and can't imagine doing anything else! Everything is at your own pace, Josh doesn't push you to death just a little nudge to keep you going because he knows you have it in you!! Ive made a bunch of friends its a great group of people that take this class. Im getting stronger everyday and doing it in a fun way! I get to punch and kick away the troubles from the day!! Bottom line you need to try this class you will love it!!

Short answer; absolutely not! We have members of all health and fitness levels, and our classes are designed to fit around each one of these levels.
The only thing we ask is that you bring your best attitude when you come to one of our classes. If you have the mental framework determined to become physically healthy, that is all we want to see. Our trainers will help you get into the best shape of your life!
Of course. Although, we must say you get what you put in. If you follow a consistent workout pattern, you are bound to see the results you want. On average, kickboxers burn an average of 820 calories per hour.
No, we love teaching new members. There is no better way to gain respect from our community than someone who has the will to join our class without any experience. If you can take that first step, you have already proven to our group that you are a strong-minded individual. We will teach you everything you need to know.
Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.
Sweats and a T-shirt, or yoga attire, work best. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!
We understand how busy your life can be; we would love to see you at least once a week. We believe once a week will be a good start for you to build your overall endurance and capability to implement the basic kickboxing moves.
Once you have built the basic foundation of the Kickboxing moves, we encourage you to then increase the amount of frequency and intensity of your workouts. We want you to go at your own pace, but make sure to challenge yourself to see the best results.
